Connie Clark
Connie Clark has been a dedicated Mountain Home resident since 2016, where she and her husband have raised three grown children. As the owner of a successful real estate office, she has built strong ties within the community. She joined the Military Affairs Committee (MAC) in 2019 and currently serves as President. Growing up in a military family, Connie lived on multiple Air Force bases, including overseas. This background gave her a deep appreciation for Mountain Home AFB and the vital connection between the base and the local community. In 2023, she attended the East Coast Swing, where she gained insight into how relationships with Air Force and Capitol Hill leaders directly impact Mountain Home.

Jamie Lawford
Jaime Springer has been an active member of the Military Affairs Committee (MAC) since 2014 and currently serves as the Vice President. She values MAC’s mission of strengthening the connection between Mountain Home AFB and the city, ensuring the partnership thrives. Her passion for MAC began when she saw firsthand the committee’s role in supporting the base and preserving traditions. Over the years, she has enjoyed contributing to its initiatives, fostering relationships, and giving back to the military community. Jaime remains dedicated to helping MAC continue its impact and mission.

Desiree Axtell
Desiree Axtell has proudly called Mountain Home home for over 30 years. Coming from a strong military family, she understands the sacrifices service members and their loved ones make. Her involvement with the Military Affairs Committee (MAC) stems from a desire to support young Airmen far from home and families facing deployment challenges. Desiree is committed to strengthening the relationship between Mountain Home AFB and the local community, ensuring military personnel and their families feel valued and supported.

Alain Isaac
Alain Isaac joined the Military Affairs Committee (MAC) Board to support its mission of strengthening the military-community relationship. She is committed to honoring and assisting service members, veterans, and military families in Idaho. Believing in MAC’s role in promoting military development and advocacy, Alain is passionate about making all military neighbors—including non-active duty spouses and veterans—feel welcome and valued. She takes pride in being an active part of an organization that prioritizes respect, inclusion, and community engagement.

Chuck Garvey
Chuck Garvey has been a dedicated member of the Military Affairs Committee (MAC) since 2010. A U.S. Air Force veteran and former Gunfighter, he is deeply committed to strengthening the relationship between Mountain Home AFB and the local community. Chuck lives in Mountain Home with his wife, Becky, and their two children. As a local business owner, he understands the importance of community involvement. His dedication to MAC reflects his passion for supporting both the military and civilian communities, ensuring their strong connection continues.

Corey Conner
Corey Conner is a former U.S. Air Force F-15 Crew Chief who served at Mountain Home AFB from 2017 to 2023. After transitioning from the military, he settled in Mountain Home with his wife and son, building a life in the community he loves. With a background in marketing and real estate, Corey specializes in assisting military families with housing needs. As a MAC board member, he is dedicated to fundraising efforts and increasing awareness of MAC’s mission. His goal is to strengthen community support for service members through strategic engagement and outreach.

William Marshall
Will Marshall retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2023 as a Brigadier General after 25 years of service. Having been stationed at Mountain Home twice, he was drawn back after retirement by the area’s outdoor opportunities and strong military-community ties. Joining MAC allows him to give back to a community that has long supported the USAF mission and its Airmen. Will is dedicated to strengthening these relationships and helping improve the lives of Air Force families while fostering collaboration between the base and the city.

Scott Douglass
Scott Douglass is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with 22 years of service and he has lived in Mountain Home for 13 years. A former Maintenance Superintendent, Scott now works remotely as an Aircraft Reliability Specialist for the F-16 program. His military experience, technical expertise, and understanding of the transition to civilian life allow him to provide valuable guidance to veterans. Scott is committed to strengthening military-community relations and supporting MAC’s mission.

Julie Davis
Julie Davis grew up in Northern California and has spent her career in nonprofit work, economic development, and government policy. After marrying an active-duty Airman, she relocated to Hill AFB, where she worked in military affairs and quality-of-life initiatives. Since moving to Mountain Home in 2018, Julie has been dedicated to enhancing employment opportunities for military spouses and strengthening the connection between the base and the city. Through her work with MAC, she aims to improve quality of life and foster partnerships that benefit both service members and the community.

Heather Hardman
Heather Hartman is a financial professional at First Interstate Bank, following five years as a Financial Solutions Specialist with PFCU. Born at Mountain Home AFB and raised in Mountain Home, she takes pride in serving the community she calls home. With 36 years as a military dependent—first as the daughter of an Air Force Master Sergeant and later as a military wife—Heather understands resilience, adaptability, and the power of a strong network. She has volunteered extensively, including as the Elmore County Rodeo Queen Coordinator. She also runs Coyote Creek Home Decor, creating and selling handcrafted pieces at local markets. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her horses, three children, and three grandchildren.

Dave Bergh
Dave Bergh is a dedicated Civic Leader who supports the U.S. Air Force out of a deep sense of patriotism and respect for those who serve. His involvement with the Military Affairs Committee (MAC) is his way of giving back to the men and women who defend our nation and protect our freedoms. Passionate about advocating for Mountain Home AFB, Dave is continually inspired by the dedication and capabilities of the 366th Fighter Wing Gunfighters. He considers it both an honor and a privilege to support and engage with these exceptional service members, ensuring they receive the recognition and community backing they deserve.

Alan Bermensolo
Alan Bermensolo is a retired businessman and Fire Chief in Mountain Home, Idaho. He is a member of the Air Combat Command Civic Leaders Group. He is the Treasurer of the Mountain Home Urban Renewal Agency. He is a life time member of the Mountain Home Military Affairs Committee and serves as an Advisor to the Board.

Robby Robinson
Robby Robinson served 22 years in the U.S. Air Force as an Aircraft Hydraulic Systems Technician, retiring in 2002 after being stationed at Mountain Home AFB since 1996. Following his military career, he transitioned into community banking, working his way up to Vice President and Retail Manager at First Interstate Bank. Dedicated to community service, Robby serves as a Military Affairs Committee Advisor and Vice President of Silver Wings of Idaho. He plays an active role in Air Force Appreciation Day and is a member of several service organizations, including the American Legion, Elks, Lions, and Forty and Eight. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Darbi, working on home projects, and bowling. He values Mountain Home’s close-knit community and strong bond with the Air Force Base.
